Guide

Build a coordinated sequence

Guide helps Suisse Umzug when each step has a clear predecessor, owner and handover. Start by defining the result and the people involved.

Place the information in the right stage

Within , the question “How should be handled?” belongs to a specific planning stage. Record who confirms it and what later task depends on that answer.

Separate core work from optional work

A coordinated guide keeps transport, cleaning, storage, disposal or assembly as distinct work packages. That makes timing and responsibility easier to control.

• Assign one contact per critical stage.
• Document confirmed time windows.
• Record changes before the next handover.

Use a visible decision point

“Guide” should not disappear inside a general note. Mark whether the case is ready, waiting for customer input or needs operational approval.

Close the loop

The guide is complete when the next team can see the current status, remaining dependency and agreed handover without reconstructing the history.
